City you reside in.
Age and Date of Birth
Parents/guardian info if a minor. Teens, Cc your parent guardian when e-mailing Stage 28.
Your area of interest such as modeling or acting
How did you hear about us?
Person who referred you if referred.
3 photos. I headshot, 1 full length and profile full length. No blurry, under exposed images please. No hats or sunglasses. No other people in the photo please.
We need your measurements in inches. Hips, waist and bust
Men: Inseam is needed
Women: dress size.
Height.
Shirt size and shoe size.
Hair and eye color.

If any of that information is missing, we will not respond. Please keep in mind it can take up to 30 days for a response as new talent.

Are you under the age of 4?
I bet you are cute as a button! We do not receive many bookings for talent under the age of 4. If your kiddo is under the age of 4, we suggest you turn notifications on for Facebook and Instagram. When we receive a casting, we post it online. When you see the casting, feel free to follow the directions and send a submission at that time. There are SO many cute kids and just not enough bookings for us to keep a record of all the cute kiddos online. If your kiddo is over the age of 4, please send an e-mail submission.
